Kate, Princess of Wales is famous for her thoughtful jewelry choices and she donned a very special royal piece of jewelry for the Queen’s funeral.

“The Queen wore it very regularly in the 1980s and 1990s and even lent it to Princess Diana for one of her very first engagements as a royal.
“The four-strand pearl and diamond choker had its most defining moment when Kate, Princess of Wales, who once wore it for the Queen and Prince Philip’s 70th wedding anniversary, took it on. worn at Prince Philip’s funeral.
“Royal watchers noticed how much she looked like the future Queen on this very poignant day.
“Kate wowed us once again as she wore the historic choker to Queen Elizabeth II’s funeral, paying a poignant tribute to both the Queen and Prince Phillip, but also her mother-in-law, Princess Diana, whose title, Princess of Wales, Kate has now inherited.

On several poignant occasions since the Queen’s death on September 8, Meghan has donned a pair of simple pearl earrings with substantial sentimental value.
British shoe and jewelery designer, Freya Rosesaid: “Meghan, Duchess of Sussex, wore a pair of delicate and typically understated pearl earrings, given by the Queen for her wedding to Harry, for the heartfelt occasion.
“The simplicity of the small pearl and diamond earrings was an elegant and modest, yet poignant piece of jewelry worn in commemoration of her bond with her late mother-in-law.”
Princess Charlotte – Horseshoe Brooch
The Queen’s great-granddaughter, Princess Charlotte of Wales, paid a special tribute to the Queen with her choice of jewelery at the funeral.
Freya added: “Charlotte’s small diamond horseshoe brooch, a gift given to her by her late great-grandmother, was worn as a beautiful tribute to her late ‘Gan-Gan’, as Charlotte l would call.
“In 2018, the Princess of Wales said her only daughter, Charlotte, had inherited the Queen’s passion for horses.
