Mystery solved. Meghan markle enthusiasts quickly noticed a new band neatly stacked on her ring finger at Trooping the Color on Saturday June 8th. The meaning of the bling was finally revealed a few days later, and it’s a rather romantic gesture of prince harry.

The ring itself, a diamond ring paved with eternity, was stacked closest to Markle’s heart. In addition, her wedding ring and engagement ring adorned the same finger. According to People, the final ring is a gift from Prince Harry’s first wedding anniversary after the couple marked a year of marriage on May 19.

Of course, Markle isn’t the only family member to wear an eternity ring. Kate Middleton, who joined the Sussex horse-drawn carriage on Saturday, also received such an item from Prince William. The Duke of Cambridge gave the coin to his wife in July 2013, as a gift when they welcomed Prince George.

It has been an incredibly eventful time for Prince Harry and Markle, who tied the knot just over a year ago in a splendid wedding at Windsor Castle watched by millions around the world. On May 6, the couple welcomed their first child together, Archie Harrison Mountbatten-Windsor, just weeks after moving from Kensington Palace to Frogmore Cottage.

The annual Trooping the Color, an annual event for the British Royal Family, was the first time Markle had stepped out since presenting her baby to the world. Adorably, Prince Harry greeted the Prime Minister of Nepal at Kensington Palace on Tuesday, June 11, and a rare portrait from his engagement session was spotted at the back of the room.
